Log into your RENNAI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where possible to prevent leakage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
